NLP is a fascinating and innovative field which warrants creativity in its delivery. Our philosophy is to facilitate our students learning rather like an adventure of discovery. You can expect to have fun learning to elicit the structure of how people generate resourceful states, thoughts and behaviours. And in so doing, discover the structure of excellence in human behaviour.

Rather than seeing NLP techniques as being the structure of NLP, we support you in discovering the underpinning structures that make up the techniques. You will have an opportunity to prepare and deliver an entry level modelling project as a part of your training with us. Plus all students benefit from the preparation of reflective learning journals for which you will receive personal written feedback from an experienced / accredited NLP trainer.

We deliver regular practice groups so our students can maintain and grow their skills. We encourage participation in study groups and supervision sessions. We love learning and personal development and therefore are constantly evolving our skills and understanding to share the most up-to-date techniques and methods. Considerations when choosing NLP Training

Considering NLP Training in Birmingham? Confused about how to pick a course? Here are some guidelines to help you pick the right course for you:

First and foremost, meet the trainers who will be teaching. Ask questions. Do they appear knowledgeable and have an objective passion for their subject? Do you feel you will learn from them? Do you trust them (after all you will be spending a fair amount of time with them). We would welcome your call and the opportunity to ensure that 'your needs' are going to be met by our training.

If the organisation has a practice group or other network where students and ex-students meet to practice and share experiences, ask to attend. How long is the NLP training course and do their claims appear proportionate to training duration? Its worth noting that most students report NLP training as being the start of a journey of personal discovery, not the end. Course duration varies from home study, three days group work and upwards to 20 days.

Our courses are 10 days for Practitioner and 15 days for our Master Practitioner, and we believe you will need each and every one of those hours to initiate your NLP journey.
